im using hulla hoop for a month now and its really great!! 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins at noon..and i really enjoying it! my weights 65kls,now is 60kls.believe it or not.it really amazed me!
Thank you so much for your comments. As far a hooping with your period, I believe it would benefit you greatly to keep the energy in your pelvis moving and healthy. As long as it doesn’t hurt you. You have inspired me to get off my butt and get hulla hooping as well.
