@nightthunder11 of course that study doesn’t exist, because its not true. Hallucinogens can be very therapeutic if administered in the correct way. Even mainstream medicine is starting to revisit the use of psychotropic drug for therapeutic benefit. Recently, there was a study done to show how MDMA (ecstasy) reduces the size of tumors and it is currently being used by psychiatrist to treat PTSD.

@lawnsausages no, you are right. what amazes me is all of the info in the crystal books, how this one is for energy, and this one helps you deal with depression, this one makes your hair look better, and this one makes you excel at math, or communicate better with your pets….I mean, who comes up with this stuff? And has it been proven? I do believe in things unseen, but I don’t swallow all of it…that’s for sure.
@Bhav341 That’s what those hippies are doing in my yard. They told me it was a free pruning service. Quartz, amethyst, feldspar, jasper, agate, tiger eye, chalcedony etc. Any SiO2 or SiO4, sand basically. It’s the most common substance in the Earth’s crust, we should all be very healthy. Ok, carry on ball buster and you should stay away from those fairies, you never know where they’ve been…Pixies are a lot more fun.

I could say that I’ve done all the reading on crystals, dutifully looked up each one’s special magical abilities after purchasing, “cleansed” them with the smoke from special sage bundles made from California white sage that I planted under the light of a full moon in my magical fairy garden – but in truth, I don’t have the time for all that focusing and intentions crap. I just like them cause they’re purty. And felt like busting your balls.

I posted that here because our host (happily, you as well) believes in the power of positive thought, not that crystals have any powers. @lawnsausages Of course people (well, most) don’t think rocks have any kind of power – though some may think crystals have magic abilities, or a type of energy that has not yet been discovered by science. But most of us know that they are just another tool that helps strengthen one’s abilities and intentions – meaning that for a crystal to work, one has to put into it their own energy and intentions, but do the actual work themselves. It’s the power of the mind that is the main focus, silly.

So you see when God created this world with it it created all elements that we needed to survive…from food to minerals. But one thing you should never forget..as some have..worshiping crystal. @ pyramidheadkitten9…People are encouraged to still seek medical help WITH alternative medicine. No alternative therapist has ever (please God don’t let any of them be that dumb) said that somebody should ignore a doctors advice. In alternative medicine, people are encouraged to look at the mind, body and soul as a unity. They have to get to the root of the problem, take a look at Chinese Medicine it’s all about the whole person i.e HOLISTIC medicine.
@Mcjammi well, crystals have a propety in which when energy comes in contact with a crystal, it generates frequeancies of electric impulses, and it is a proven fact not just superstition

OMG IT’S TRUE! CRYSTALS DO HAVE POWER!!!! I have always thought that anyone who would believe a rock had any kind of power was a fucking moron, well something happened that changed my opinion. I looked out my back window and saw the neighbor’s cat shitting in my garden again, I grabbed my wrist rocket and a piece of quartz my wife kept on the window sill, I ran out back took aim and let fly… There you have it, the crystal had the power to turn a cat into fertilizer, changed my life.

For proper medicinal use, amethyst MUST be taken internally. In this regard, men have two options, and women three.
