    hi admin! why most of the time when i finished to my everyday workout,i used to sleep? i got tired and can’t help to sleep..usually for about 2 to 3 hrs? is that a bad habit? is it affect my goal of weighing lost? please advice me..thanks

  2. Hi Gina, to be really honest I am not sure. See your local doctor for a quick check up, they should be able to shed more light on it for you. As for it effecting your wieght loss, I doudt it. My guess is that you are moving lots of lactic acid into your system, can make you drowsy and sore. Drink plenty of pure water before during and after your work out to help flush your body of the built up wastes. This will also help you to loss weight and get healthy.
